By visiting or shopping at Mrs. D’s Workshop Outlet, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Descriptions We do our best to describe and show products accurately. Colors and details can appear slightly different depending on your screen. If you receive something that is significantly not as described, contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing or product information appears to be in error.

Shipping Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the package has left our (or our suppliers’) hands. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details. In short: most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Personalized, made-to-order, and final-sale items are generally not returnable.

Intellectual Property All original designs, writing, artwork, and branding on this site belong to Mrs. D’s Workshop / the store owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mrs. D’s Workshop Outlet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
